TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Prior to work being carried out, an initial survey will be carried out and photographs will be taken. Then an agreement on the condition of the memorial will be reached in order to establish if any further work is to be carried out that is not included in the standard services.

• All work will be subject to the cemetery's Rules and Regulations and H.S.E.

• For all packages, the cost of the first visit must be fully covered by the Annual, Quarterly and Monthly Fee, prior to the first visit taking place.

• All proof of work carried out shall be forwarded to the client via email, showing 'Before and After' of work carried out.

• West Lancashire Grave Care cannot accept any responsibility or liability for any loss or damage that may occur once work has been finalised and they have left the gravesite.

• As a professional service, West Lancashire Grave Care And Memorial Renovations has a £5000.000 public liability insurance policy.
